Check-In & Check-Out

Day 1
- 12PM – Check-In to your wooden cottage overlooking the serene Salaulim river 🌿
- 1.30PM to 2.30PM : Relish a traditional Goan lunch (Menu available in the room)
- 4PM to 5PM – Leisurely walk through the Botanical & Medicinal Gardens
- 5PM to 6PM – Evening tea and local snacks by the riverside
- 8PM to 9:30PM – Dinner under the stars at the Eco-Dining Area (Menu available in the room / You can bring your own food/ BBQ)
Day 2
- 6:30AM to 7AM – Morning Tea/ Coffee
- 7AM to 8AM – Guided visit to the Butterfly Park and nature trail around the cottages
- 8:30AM to 9:30AM – Breakfast (Menu available in the room)
- 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM – Scenic walk to Salaulim Dam & panoramic view of the reservoir
- 12:00PM – Check out
Cancellation & Post / Preponement Policy
Cancellation:
- All requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be received by email at contact.gfdcgoa@gmail.com
- 10% of the booking amount if cancelled 15 days before check-in date/time.
- 50% of the booking amount if cancelled between 48 hours and 14 days before check-in date/time.
- No refund for no-shows or if cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in date/time.
Post/ Preponement Policy:
- Postponement or preponement is free if requested 15 days before check-in date/time. (Once postponed/preponed, no further changes or cancellations are allowed.)
- 20% of the booking amount if requested between 7 and 14 days before check-in date/time.
- 50% of the booking amount if requested within 24 hours to 7 days before check-in date/time.
- No modifications allowed if requested within 24 hours of check-in.
