Cancellation & Post / Preponement Policy
Cancellation:
- All requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be received by email at contact.gfdcgoa@gmail.com
- 10% of the booking amount if cancelled 15 days before check-in date/time.
- 50% of the booking amount if cancelled between 48 hours and 14 days before check-in date/time.
- No refund for no-shows or if cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in date/time.
Post/ Preponement Policy:
- Postponement or preponement is free if requested 15 days before check-in date/time. (Once postponed/preponed, no further changes or cancellations are allowed.)
- 20% of the booking amount if requested between 7 and 14 days before check-in date/time.
- 50% of the booking amount if requested within 24 hours to 7 days before check-in date/time.
- No modifications allowed if requested within 24 hours of check-in.
