Aims and objectives
- To develop and raise forest plantations, horticulture and plantation crops and in particular Cashew, Rubber, Teak, and such other suitable species in the State of Goa for the purpose of increasing production and development of industries based on their produce.
- To plant, grow, produce and raise plantation of all kinds of varieties of forest plants, trees and crops and natural products of every kind and other agricultural crops and to buy, sell, export, import, process, distribute or otherwise deal in all kind of forest plants, tree crops, natural produce and agricultural crops.

The Cashew plantations leased out to the Corporation by the Forest Department are maintained with effectiveness and efficiency to increase the yield and revenue of the Corporation with replacement of casualty wherever necessary.
The Corporation undertakes beautification of certain spots/places on request subject to placement of funds at its disposal.
Development of Eco-Tourism by developing the ongoing project of Botanical Garden Cum Eco-Recreational Park at Salaulim Sanguem and Nagar van at Chapoli, Canacona.
To produce rubber scrap and smoked raw material to be sold to the rubber industries through their agents.
